    Each user must have an account to access the forums. Go to the New Users menu and fill out the short form. YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT! After submitting the form you will get an email with a link to the password creation page. A random password will be suggested for you, but you can change it to something you like better. Once the registration process is complete you will be able to log into the website and access the restricted area(s).
